At Beyond Navigation, we want to ensure that you make an
informed decision before your purchase. With that in mind,
we encourage you to explore the product pages of our
website, or phone us directly (866) 249-6276 to obtain
comprehensive product information.
If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs
you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the
product. Simply call 866-249-6276 or email helpdesk@beyondnavigation.com
to receive a Return Authorization number. Please supply your
original invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and the
reason for returning the product.
Beyond Navigation will issue credit in full, less original
shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, using the same
method as your payment. Software and digital charts must be
unopened and not registered. If the original box and
packaging materials have been discarded, there is no
refund. Some orders may have also included promotional
items. These items must also be returned with your order. If
these promotional items are not returned, a fee equal to the
value of the promotional item may be deducted from your
refund.
Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally
with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees
deducted from the refund. Unless we made an error in order
processing, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping
your return.
If Beyond Navigation made an error in order processing or
shipping and goods are returned within 15 business days of
the date of delivery, Beyond Navigation will accept returns
and provide a refund in full, including shipping costs.
Returned goods must be in perfect condition and suitable for
resale in order to receive a refund. This will be
determined upon inspection of the returned good by Beyond
Navigation staff. There will be no refund issued for goods
that have been damaged or deteriorated in quality to the
extent that they are not suitable for resale.
Beyond Navigation will NOT provide a refund of the following
items:
CD-ROM / software product that has been opened/taken out of
its plastic wrap. If you discover that the item is
defective after the package is opened, a replacement will be
granted.
ALL return shipments must include the original packing slip
and Return Authorization number.
There are no exceptions to the above policy.
